• Provide leadership and vision tothe team.
• Manage and deliver largescalehighcomplexity studies across a range of sponsors and therapeuticareas.
• Manage sponsors at both the study andprogram levels.
• Ensure milestones meettimelines and quality deliverables.
• Provideproject management expertise working with customer data managerskey decisionmakers and internal team members to manage continuousprocess improvements and provide technicalexpertise.
• Conduct performance reviewsestablish annual expectations for the team and provide coaching anddevelopment as needed.
• Strategically monitorworkload volume and ensure task assignments are balanced across theteam to meet key deadlines and sponsorexpectations.
• Ensure team members meetestablished quality and performance standards and recommendadditional performance standards.
• Achievegrowth hit revenue targets and foster organizationaldevelopment.
• Establish cultivate and maintainstrong longterm relationships with clients and their sponsors;identify develop and implement process improvement and outreachplans presentations and strategies designed to grow partnershipsbetween clients and IQA.
• Identify skill andcompetency gaps at the individual level and work to craftdevelopment plans that will close thesegaps.
• Actively engage with industry events togather intelligence and enhance public perception and marketpenetration of IQA services and products; provide training onindustry intelligence back to internalteams.
• Develop implement and measure marketingplans for IQA products and services targeting priority segments andgeographies.
• Identify and create marketingcontent requirements with stakeholders across theorganization.
• Maintain high visibility withincustomer organizations. Monitor customer satisfaction bycommunicating regularly with thecustomer.
• Provide innovative ideas andstrategies to compete with global CROs by developing solutions andproducts.
• Identify use cases to leveragetechnologies like R Python & Julia in clinicaltrials.
• Identify opportunities for AI &ML in clinical trials.
• Increase IQA visibilityby attending conferences presenting and publishing papers innational/international scientific journals and writingtechnical/functional blogs.
• Interact withindustry SMEs and universities to establish a global forum forclinical researchtechnologies.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree inLife Sciences Biostatistics Computer Science or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in clinical datamanagement in a pharmaceutical or CROenvironment.
• Strong knowledge of datamanagement practices and regulatory guidelines (e.g. GCPICH).
• Proficiency in data management softwareand tools (e.g. EDC systems SAS).
• Excellentorganizational communication and problemsolvingskills.
• Ability to work collaboratively withmultiple teams and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
