    Description

    Sales operations and planning are key in devising sales automation processes and building business capabilities and enablement during the brand's scaling-up period. The role is pivotal in terms of capturing the key data metrics and industry insights in helping shape sales strategies during the entire life cycle of the product.

    What you'll do:

    Build system capabilities & processes

    IT/CRM tools integration for ease of business

    Manage affordability and scheme computations/constructs

    Gather market intelligence and deliver data insights that help strengthen system capabilities and sales forecasts

    Closely work with the sales teams across regions in improving systems and processes.

    Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills

    Drive Management Mandates for Channel Profitability, Superior Customer Experience & coordination with Channel Partners for improved business hygiene.

    Ensuring on-time computation of Channel incentives, Scheme and Price protection, and settlement of claims with Channel Partners.

    What we are looking for:

    MBA with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience working in Electronics/FMCG/Telecom vertical

    Must be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy

    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    Exceptional Influencing and negotiation skills

    A collaborative team player concerned with the team's success as well as individual performance

    Solution-orientated and decisive by nature personal attributes

    Self-starter high on energy levels

    Strong, professionally credible with integrity
