    Job Description:

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Lead a group of cross functional team in delivering SW to the customers on schedule.
    • Responsible for SW integration and delivery to validation
    • Responsible for eliciting requirements and documenting in DOORS/DNG
    • Develop effective design artifacts using UML notations, and familiar with tools such as Rhapsody, enterprise architect.
    • Conversant with MATLAB Modeling techniques, Simulink, Stat flow, Target link, RTW
    • Develop embedded C language code adhering to Style guide, Architectural rules and standards.
    • Develop software compliant to ISO2626
    • Adhere to Comstar corporate and local processes, methods, procedures.
    • Conduct and participate in Peer reviews.
    • Estimate work hours for supporting new features and change requests.
    • Share knowledge through presentations and reviews.
    • Responsible for Unit testing using tools such as Vector CAST, LDRA
    • Responsible for static analysis against MISRA using tools such as LDRA, QAC, Coverity.
    • Responsible for functional testing both manual and automated

    Required Experience:

    • Knowledgeable in any one of the RTOS – Free RTOS, MicroSAR, embOS, QNX etc
    • Good Debugging, Problem Solving and issue management know how.
    • Conversant with Canoe, Canalyzer, Canape and other tools and related communication protocols
    • Hands on experience on BLDC/ PSM Motor control algorithms.
    - knowledge on mma Microcontrollers spanning ARM, Tricore and Power architectures is a must.


    Desired Experience:

    • At least 3 years of Exposure/experience to/with development of Electronics Hardware / Software horizontals
    • Knowledgeable in ASPICE, CMMI development processes
    • Conversant with AGILE/Scrum methods of SW development
    • End to End product development experience in electronics in the Automotive industry preferred.
    • Proven multitasking skills. Should have handled parallel projects/teams at the same time.
    • Project planning tool knowledge – MS Project, Primavera etc.
    • Good presentation skills
