- Act as the point of contact for clients/partners to discuss and understand their marketing requirements.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring client/partner relationships, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Conceptualize, develop, and present comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to meet client objectives.
- Ensure seamless communication between all parties involved, presenting workflow structures to clients for approval and overseeing campaign execution.
- Act as a liaison between clients and partners, driving collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Working with internal stakeholders to devise a campaign that meets the client & brief and budget.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Evaluate campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights to clients to demonstrate value.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a marketing context.
- Proficiency in online marketing tools and familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details
- Strong project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
