Description

Overview:

The DesignEngineer plays a crucial role in our organization being responsiblefor creating and developing new products components and systemsfrom concept to production. They utilize their technical expertiseand creativity to design and improve products while ensuring theymeet the required standards andregulations.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand design requirements and providetechnical expertise
• Create detailed 2D and 3Dmodels utilizing CAD software
• Conductfeasibility studies and analysis for new productdesigns
• Develop prototypes and test productsfor performance and reliability
• Optimizedesigns for costeffectiveness and manufacturingefficiency
• Ensure designs comply with industrystandards and regulations
• Participate in designreviews and provide technicalrecommendations
• Support the transition ofdesigns from concept to production
• Identify andimplement design improvements based on feedback andtesting
• Document and communicate designspecifications and changes

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inMechanical Engineering or related field
• Provenexperience in design engineering or relatedrole
• Proficiency in CAD software such asSolidWorks AutoCAD etc.
• Strong understanding ofengineering principles and materials
• Experiencewith design analysis and simulationtools
• Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities
• Project management skillsand experience
• Ability to collaborate andcommunicate effectively with crossfunctionalteams
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes andlimitations
• Detailoriented with a focus onaccuracy andprecision
