    Manager - L&D


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute strategies to develop talent within the organization through innovative and cost effective means.
    • Work with business leaders to identify learning needs to design & execute relevant learning interventions.
    • Design and deploy an endtoend learning framework for the leadership team.
    • Roll out quarterly training calendar based on Training need identification (TNI) exercise conducted and manage endtoend Training life cycle for each intervention.
    • Promoting Blended Learning solutions within the organization.
    • Manage endtoend L&D Process and ensure Learning plans align with L&D Strategy.
    • Design and execute the learning solutions based on business requirements.
    • Facilitate programs easily and build a strong brand with peers, HR function, and business as a subject matter expert on L&D.
    • HRIS/

    MIS:
    Analyze and track learning interventions effectiveness.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs per learning models like the Kirkpatrick model.
    • Ensure effective use of the LMS to meet diverse learning needs.
    • Manage the communications related to learning interventions.
    • Identify partners and vendors for creating customized learning programs per business requirements.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
    • 911 years of proven experience in L&D or talent management.
    • Strong knowledge of L&D best practices and industry trends.
    • Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
    • Proficient in LMS management and elearning platforms.
    • Solid project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and Data skills statistical analysis, critical thinking, visualization, and dashboarding.
