    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP PS and PPM, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis, and map operational processes into the SAP PS and PPM framework.
    • Configure and implement the PS and PPM modules to align with defined business requirements.
    • This may involve data modelling, master data setup, customizing configurations, and integrating with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, HCM, SD, PM).
    • Partner with the project team to ensure accurate documentation, configuration, and implementation of the PS and PPM functionalities.
    • Lead the testing phase, working with endusers to validate configured processes and identify any potential issues.
    • Deliver comprehensive training programs to equip endusers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the SAP PS and PPM modules.
    • Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring all project tasks related to PS and PPM are completed on time and within scope.

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in working with SAP Projects (PS & PPM) modules.
    • Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations encompassing PS and PPM functionalities.
    • A professional degree (MCA/ BE) in a relevant field is preferred.
    • Possess a strong understanding of the integration between PS and other core SAP modules like Materials Management (MM), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Finance (FI), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
    • Demonstrate exceptional skills in functional requirement gathering, gap analysis, master data setup, enduser support, and technical documentation.
    • Possess a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience in at least 2 full project life cycles related to SAP PS implementations.
    • Proven experience working within the project and service industry, with a thorough grasp of relevant business processes.
    • A valid SAP PS certification is a significant advantage.
    • Indepth knowledge of various SAP products, their functionalities, and their potential benefits for the organization.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate in both independent and teamoriented environments.
