    Working Hours 3PM IST to 12 AM IST
    Fully Remote

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
    2. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
    3. Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
    4. Support accounting tasks like accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
    5. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
    6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality.
    7. Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and collaborate with departments.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
    2. Proven experience in HR back office operations and accounting.
    3. Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software.
    4. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
