- Manage HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

- Support accounting tasks like accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and collaborate with departments.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR back office operations and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
