Job Opportunity for Legal Head

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Legal Head to oversee all legal matters of our business across various verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing regulatory risks, handling litigation, and advising on corporate governance and business contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI regulations relevant to operations.


• Maintain knowledge of evolving laws and guidelines affecting DSAs, insurance agencies,
  mymutual funds distributors real estate brokerage.


• Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company operations


• Liaise with regulatory authorities as needed




• Draft review negotiate agreements including loan distribution
