    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Knowledge on GST, TDS,Sales, and purchase & inventory Management in Tally is must.
    • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
    • Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
    • Maintain day to day books of Accounts in Tally.
    • Managing all entries related to Sales through Online portals.
    • Preparing Proforma Invoices and Final Invoices.
    • Maintain Journal Entry Sale, Purchase & Expense Invoice, Payment, Receipt etc.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
    • Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages and raise POs.
    • Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse arrangement, stock movement
    • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
    • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
    • Maintain inventory of the daily issuing and receiving materials
    • Develop an inventory tracking system to streamline our business operations.
    • Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues.
    • Report on inventory activities and variances.
    • Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery.
    • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Solid knowledge of inventory management in Tally .
    • A minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Tally and inventory management.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
    • Able to multitask and work independently
    • proficiency in Excel
    • Prior experience in retail & FMCG sector would be advantageous.
