    Job Overview

    We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Billing Cashier to join our team at SBE Unique Retails Pvt. Ltd. as a member of the Tanishq Jewellery showroom Billing Department. As a Billing Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our company.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as a Billing Cashier or similar role preferred
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle cash transactions with integrity and professionalism
    • Customer-oriented and able to provide exceptional customer service
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
    • Knowledge of billing software and basic computer skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the billing software
    • Ensure all invoices, receipts, and cash handling procedures are in compliance with company policies and guidelines
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
    • Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information as needed
    • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth business operations
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers effectively
