Role Purpose:
The Process Expert is accountable for managing export/import documentation and ensuring timely, accurate submission to stakeholders in line with client and process requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and submit export/import documentation accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere strictly to Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs); validate any deviations with stakeholders prior to execution.
- Maintain high data quality standards to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge and training on processes and IOPs to create and maintain documentation effectively.
- Conduct root cause analyses in case of escalations and recommend corrective actions.
- Train new hires on process documentation and compliance requirements.
- Handle daily documentation tasks in line with client/process IOPs while ensuring service quality is maintained at all times.
