    RoleOverview:
    Engage effectively with hiring managers and team members showcasingstrong communicationskills.
    Proficient in utilizing Jira ticketing system for efficientworkflowmanagement.
    Understanding and working on contracts SOW MSA PO termsetc.
    Hybrid role with anchor days (Tuesday & Thursday) in theoffice; flexible workinghours.
    Operating on the US time zone with flexibility for night shiftsafter initial daytimetraining.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage daytoday Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases through a ticketingsystem.
    Review onboarding requirements including documents PO informationSOWs and access provisioningrequests.
    Handle bulk onboarding data changes and offboardings on behalf ofhiringmanagers.
    Own Tier 2 agent knowledge resources and training alignment withotherteams.
    Identify operational weaknesses improve processes andsupport/manage projects for teamscalability.
    Ensure controls and measures are in place to monitor andcontinuously improveprocesses.
    Conduct regular analyses reporting and audits asrequired.

    Requirements

    Masters degree in business/human resourcespreferred.
    35 years of prior experience in contingent workforce management/MSPoperations.
    Strong problemsolving skills and ability to thinkcreatively.
    Team player with a focus on collectivesuccess.
    Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and transform dataintoinsights.
    Customercentric approach with excellent communicationskills.
    Basic project management skills strong followthrough andstakeholderengagement.
    Professional proficiency inEnglish.

    Tool knowledge Preferred :
    Fieldglass VMS Coupa Jira ticketingsystem DocuSign CLM andIIQ.
