• Supervision of Plant.
• Monitoring of day today Production Activities.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Monitor and supervise daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Collaborate with production teams to achieve quality standards and meet production targets.
• Generate and submit regular reports on production metrics, including efficiency, yield, and downtime.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Enforce and promote a safety-first culture within the plant.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
