    Senior Manager - Key Accounts

    Senior Manager - Key Accounts (B2B Saas Startup)

    • A fastgrowing B2B SaaS based startup is looking for a Senior Manager
    • Key Accounts to lead their initiatives for Sales and managing Key Accounts.
    • Its a mix of hunting and farming.
    • This role will be leading the selling of their SaaS Product to their key enterprise accounts and managing the entire sales process.
    • Please note that we need someone who has been a Key Accounts leader in selling B2B SaaS or other productbased technologies, so only apply if you have done this. This is a B2B Sales role and not B2C.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage the portfolio of strategic accounts.
    • Engage with organization's C suite executives and relevant stakeholders to position company's product solutions.
    • Exceed sales target and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross selling.
    • Work closely with other teams and for successful delivery of endtoend process.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the account through research and maintain strong stakeholder management.
    • Lead business development for building India based accounts.

    To fit the bill:

    • 6+ years in B2B Selling.
    • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
    • Consultative selling and negotiation skills.
    • Well versed with sales tools and orientation towards data analysis.
    • Experience with HR technology sales preferred.
    Top B School MBA preferred.
