    Position: Company Secretary

    Position Brief:

    The Company Secretary will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients meet their legal and regulatory obligations. This position requires a professional with a solid understanding of Companies Act 2013, RBI, FEMA, Taxation, and Startup compliances. The candidate will consult with clients, offering expert advice, and providing strategic solutions. In addition to compliance management, the role involves overseeing accounting functions and supporting audit processes. The ideal candidate should possess the necessary qualifications, relevant experience, and a proactive approach to address compliance challenges for our diverse client base.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Compliance Management: Ensure timely and accurate adherence to Companies Act 2013, RBI Compliances, FEMA, Taxation Compliances, and Startup compliances for clients. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update clients on any implications for their business.
    2. Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on applicable compliances, assisting them in understanding and fulfilling their legal obligations. Offer proactive solutions to mitigate compliance risks and optimize processes.
    3. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor. Understand client business operations to tailor compliance strategies that align with their goals and industry dynamics.
    4. Accounting Oversight: Take charge of accounting responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to maintain financial records that align with statutory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    1. Educational Background: Company Secretary & LLB
    2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 plus years of post-qualification experience in handling Companies Act 2013 Compliances, RBI Compliances, FEMA, Taxation Compliances, and Startup compliances.
    3. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations with a proven track record of successful compliance management.
    4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
    5. Drafting Skills: Proficient in drafting legal documents, compliance reports, and correspondence
