    Niktor is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for non-IT roles, with a focus on industries such as light industrial, telecommunication, engineering, automobile, and manufacturing.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

    3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract top talent.

    4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

    5. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

    7. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks and background screenings.

    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

    Requirements:

    2. Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter, preferably with exposure to light industrial, telecommunication, engineering, automobile, and manufacturing sectors.

    3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

    6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

    7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
