7 plus years of work experience in Direct sales B2B sales/Corporatesales/EnterpriseSales.

Extensive Experience in the IT Infrastructure product catering tonetworking and AVBRI products along with data centre and IPtelephonysolutions.

Working with OEM s like (HP Dell Lenovo Apple Cisco Gunnebo PaloAlto Barco CommScope Avaya Microsoft Creston Polycom LogitechPlantronics Arubaetc.

Identify potential customers and generate leads for annualmaintenancecontracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and newAccounts.

Conduct market research to understand Clients needs andpreferences.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achievetargets.

Present and promote maintenance contract offerings to clientsthrough various channels such as phone calls emails meetings andpresentations.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing withClients.

Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenueopportunities.

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the contractduration.

Address clients inquiries and provide accurate and timelyinformation about contract coverage pricing andterms.

Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support andservice delivery to ensure efficient contract implementation andservicedelivery.

Monitor contract performance and proactively identify opportunitiesfor upselling or contractrenewals.

Graduate

Proven track record in Sales of Services from IT HardwareProducts.

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

Strong negotiation and persuasiveabilities.

Good organizational and time managementskills.

Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Officeapplications.
