    Description

    Talent & Performance Management:
    Drive the different programs that are run in the company.

    Support managers and employees in effectively completing our Quarterly Check In, Day New Hire Program, KRA Setting through training, and guidance on the processes.

    Gathering feedback and data from the programs and sharing it with Business as action plans.

    Talent Development:
    Drive Learning and Development by identifying skill gaps and development needs within the organization. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to support employee growth and career advancement.

    Employee Feedback and Surveys:

    Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the employee experience, including satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture.

    Use survey data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and address areas of concern along with Business.

    Internal Communications:
    Develop and distribute internal communications to inform, engage, and inspire employees and managers. Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals and values.

    Data Analysis:

    Analyse the inputs from various HR program and present data to business and plan new initiatives for employee experience.


    Special Projects :
    Work on any new HR projects that come up.

    Background of OB and OD:

    Apply principles of Organizational Behavior (OB) and Organization Development (OD) to drive meaningful change and foster a positive work environment.

    You will diagnose organizational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement interventions to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

    Analytics Mindset:
    Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives. Utilize analytics tools and methodologies to assess key metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Your analytical mindset will be instrumental in shaping evidence-based strategies that resonate with our diverse workforce.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong background in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Organization Development (OD), with a track record of implementing impactful initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with HR analytics software/tools is a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
