Position Overview :

As a Dynatrace Consultant with 5-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the administration, support, and implementation of Dynatrace Application Performance Management (APM) solutions tailored to meet both business and technology requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in leveraging Dynatrace tools, particularly Dynatrace OneAgent, to monitor and optimize the performance of critical websites and web applications.

This role requires a deep understanding of both synthetic and real user monitoring methodologies, with a focus on implementing best practices to enhance the performance monitoring capabilities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

Dynatrace Administration and Support :

Take ownership of Dynatrace APM solutions, providing ongoing administration and support to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Utilize Dynatrace OneAgent tool extensively to monitor the responsiveness and availability of critical websites and web applications from an enduser perspective.

Platform Implementation :

Implement Dynatrace solutions on SaaSbased platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Execute largescale Dynatrace implementations, adhering to industry best practices and organizational guidelines.

Application Monitoring Expertise :

Implement and maintain application monitoring solutions across various architectures including Java, .NET, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies.
Leverage synthetic and real user monitoring techniques to provide comprehensive insights into application performance.

Performance Testing Support :

Collaborate with performance testing teams to integrate Dynatrace monitoring into testing processes.
Assist in troubleshooting performance issues encountered during performance testing, leveraging Dynatrace insights to identify root causes and optimize performance.

Key Technical Skills :

Proficiency in administration, support, and implementation of Dynatrace APM solutions.
Extensive experience with Dynatrace OneAgent tool.
Strong understanding of monitoring methodologies and tools, with a focus on enduser perspective.
Handson experience with SaaSbased Dynatrace platform implementation.
Expertise in application monitoring across Java, .NET, NodeJS, and other architectures.
Demonstrated experience in executing largescale Dynatrace implementations.
Knowledge or experience in performance testing is an advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot performance issues encountered during performance testing.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
510 years of relevant experience in Dynatrace administration, support, and implementation.
Certification in Dynatrace or relevant technologies is preferred.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.)
