oLead and inspire a team of iOS developersfostering a culture of continuous learning andinnovation.
Providetechnical direction mentorship and support to the developmentteam.
Stay updatedon emerging technologies and industrytrends.2.


ProjectManagement:

oCollaborate with project managers andproduct owners to define project scope goals anddeliverables.
Takeownership of project timelines ensuring the timely and successfuldelivery of iOSapplications.
Proactivelycommunicate project status and address any challenges that mayarise.3.


Architecture andDesign:

oArchitect and design scalable modular andmaintainable iOSapplications.
Evaluateand recommend technologies and tools that enhance the developmentprocess.
Ensure thatthe application architecture aligns with our technical standardsand bestpractices.4.


Development:

oLead by example through handson codingcontributing to the development of complex iOSapplications.
Collaboratewith the development team to implement coding standards and bestpractices.
Troubleshootdebug and optimize code for performance andreliability.5.


QualityAssurance:

oImplement and promote best practices forcode quality unit testing and codereviews.
Collaboratewith the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery ofhighqualitysoftware.6.


Collaboration:

oWork closely with UI/UX designers toimplement visually appealing and userfriendlyinterfaces.
Collaboratewith backend developers to integrate iOS applications withserversidesystems.
Fostereffective communication and collaboration within the team andacrossdepartments.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor s or Master s degree in ComputerScience Engineering or a relatedfield.9 years ofexperience in iOSdevelopment.
Provenexperience in leading and managing a team of iOSdevelopers.
Expertisein Swift andObjectiveC.Strongunderstanding of iOS design principles patterns and bestpractices.
Experiencewith RESTful APIs thirdparty libraries and webservices.
Solidknowledge of version control systems such asGit.
Excellentproblemsolving and debuggingskills.
Strongcommunication and leadershipskills.
Ability tothrive in a collaborative and fastpacedenvironment.


AdditionalSkills(Preferred):1.Experience withSwiftUI.Knowledgeof CI/CD pipelines for iOSdevelopment.
Familiaritywith Agile/Scrummethodologies.
Previousexperience in consulting or clientfacingroles.
