    Job DescriptionResponsible for all payroll and HR admin processes in India – this includes all countries being serviced from the Service Centre.

    Operationally responsible for semi-outsourced payroll processes of various smaller sized countriesBuild the team to work with standardized processes and manage day to day operationsEnsure correct, efficient and compliant workforce administration (hire to retire), including: New hire administration, transfers, promotions, demotions, terminations etc.

    Responsible for continuous improvement, compliancy and data quality.
    Contribute to the transfer and retention of knowledge and information within and outside HR Operations. On a continuous basis perform analysis to define where to improve stakeholder information, make proposals and implement. Responsible for ensuring correct and timely communication from HR Operations to relevant stakeholders. Ensure support on the use of employee and manager self-service systems for a maximum usage of these services.
    Implement an optimized HR Portal including HR information, (self-service) processes, relevant and timely communication about HR topics / events.

    Manage the performance of HR Operations in India - ensure and drive a culture of customer focus, operational excellence and continuous improvement in the team.

    Manage service levels and set KPI targets for service improvements.

    About the job (Job Responsibilities)Build structure in the team on operational level, e.g.

    daily routines, working system, work instructions and manage team accordinglyPro-actively identifies opportunities for (process-) improvement, formulates proposals for improvement and implements these after approval.

    Supports and guides managers and employees to make use of self-service systems and signalize improvement potentialDelivering payroll for smaller sized countries through a payroll providerOversee all-round administrative work for all hire2retire processes and be partially operationally involvedOversee correct execution of all payroll activities and ensuring compliance to the Collective Agreement as well as all local arrangementsBe a people leader for the team and coaching them on their performance, from customer service to continuous improvementOversee query handling, answering questions from Employees and Managers (Via phone and case management system)Collect information, make analysis and present findings to others for interpretation and decision making.

    Draw conclusions based on analysis and give advice on optimizing existing practiceDrive new policies, procedures, processes, tools and systems and improve/optimize existing policies, procedures, processes, tools and systems.

    Drive compliance within and outside of the team according to local standards and legal requirementsManage internal- and external audit processesProvide Reports (employee/payroll) for internal and external stakeholdersWorkforce planning within HR Operations

    Level of AutonomyReporting line to Head of HR Operations EMEIA.Independently manage the HR Operations team in India. Support colleagues, coach colleagues. Keeps the overview of all relevant activities and available capacity in the team and initiates changes when applicable. Manages the performance of the team to achieve the service level agreement targets.

    Supports the Head of HR Operations EMEIA to establish a continuous improvement culture and way of working in the department.


    We believe you bring (Education & Experience)Knowledge of collective labor agreement and HR policies, legal labor regulations including social security regulations, HR systems.

    Education on master level (HRM).6-8 years of experience in operational HR services position and managerial experience.

    Ability to coach, lead people within own team and develop the team's capabilitiesIn depth knowledge of HR (operations) processesResult oriented, problem solving, (project) management, customer orientation, analyticalIn depth experience with HR supporting technologyCapability in CI methods and techniquesEnglish language skills, written and verbalPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
