    Roles and Responsibilities

    Creative Brainstorming

    Participate in team ideation sessions for visual content campaigns

    Propose fresh concepts that align with Hive Pro's brand strategy and audience needs

    Graphic Design

    Design and refine graphics, illustrations, layouts, and marketing collateral using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design

    Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while injecting creativity into all deliverables

    Brand Adherence & Adaptability

    Maintain brand integrity across all platforms, adapting designs for diverse formats

    Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders

    Content Optimization

    Optimize graphics for platform-specific requirements

    Organize and manage design assets for easy retrieval and version control

    Video Editing

    Assist in video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects

    Collaborate with the video team to integrate graphic elements into video content

    Skills

    • Familiarity with Design Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and Premiere Pro/After Effects
    • Design Fundamentals: Good grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
    • Brand-Centric Mindset: Ability to balance creativity with strict brand guidelines
    • Organization: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborative Attitude: Proactive learner with a team-oriented approach

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
    • Familiarity with Figma
    • Basic motion graphics skills or interest in video storytelling

    Portfolio Requirements

    • Submit a portfolio demonstrating branding projects (logos, style guides, marketing collateral)
    • Submit a portfolio demonstrating social media graphics or campaign visuals
    • Optional but advantageous: Any video/motion graphics work
