Objective of this roleExecution in Recruitments is a very objective oriented role. It enhances to create a bridge between the Clients & See & Recruits team.

This position works very closely with Client Managers/ Principal Consultants / Directors and thereby helping the colleagues and team for achieving the team's annual targets.

This is a pure Individual Contribution role.

Candidate Sourcing/ Management (Individual Contribution)the requirement and be responsible for candidate sourcing using various resources/ techniques - Head hunting, job portals, personal network and existing search mandates for middle and senior management positions.candidates (if required) and short listing them against strategizing and closing the positions.

ambassadors to candidatesmanagement – MIS (call sheets)/ Reviews etc

Skill set requiredCommunication skills.knowledge – Financial oriented mindset.
Team of maturity & stress management work in matrix structure is preferred.

This role will develop one individual in all possible ways to manage clients at next level and team if there is fast track appraisal.
