Job Summary
The Team Trainer will be responsible for training, coaching, and upskilling inbound voice agents handling international telecom customers.+
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end new hire training for telecom voice processes.
- Cover product & pricing sales pitch & probing objection handling call flow & compliance systems & order processing certify agents before floor deployment.
- Train agents on inbound sales techniques up-sell / cross-sell strategies handling US customers professionally call control and closing techniques conduct role-plays mock calls live call demonstrations ensure agents understand telecom compliance disclosures QA guidelines coordinate with QA to address recurring errors audit failures deliver refresher sessions to reduce cancellations chargebacks compliance defects identify training needs through call audits performance dashboards feedback from Ops QA work closely with Team Leads Floor Managers to ensure smooth transition from training production faster time-to-productivity track certification success post-training performance create update training decks FAQs job aids ensure content aligns latest offers policies system changes maintain training MIS batch performance certification results post-training conversion metrics share regular updates Operations QA Management support client audits internal reviews when required.
