    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated STEM professional to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a STEM specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative STEM education programs to our students. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Davanagere, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Any Engineering or Computer Graduate
    • 2-3 years of experience in C, C++,Java, Python preferred
    • Knowledge of Physics and mathematics up to desired level.
    • Proven experience in delivering STEM education programs.
    • Strong knowledge and expertise in robotics, C++, Python, science, mathematics, and physics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for teaching and motivating students in the field of STEM.
    • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in assessment and evaluation.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver STEM education programs for students.
    • Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities and experiments.
    • Promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity among students.
    • Guide students in their exploration of various STEM subjects such as robotics, C++, Python, science, mathematics, and physics.
    • Provide assistance and support to teachers in implementing STEM curriculum.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in STEM education.
    • Collaborate with other STEM professionals to organize workshops and events.
    • Assess and evaluate students' progress in STEM subjects.
    • Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment in the STEM lab.
    • Communicate with parents and provide feedback on students' performance.
