Develop a schedule to assess training needsEnsure the orientation program is executed as per the orientation scheduleAssess the trainee after the orientation programMapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and moreConceptualize training materials based on data and researchCommunicate training needs and online resourcesCreate training strategies, initiatives, and materialsContact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technologyTest and review created materialsMaintain database of all training materialsInstruct employee training and on-boardingConduct training through new materialsReview employee performance and learningConduct the internal certification process (ICP) for all employeesConduct employee surveys and interviewsTo train Managers and Leaders on Competency
