- Lead, Coach and mentor a strong and passionate team of developers.

- Define or Review architectural standards and processes
- Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts Help set and fulfil the engineering hiring plan for the team including sourcing, screening and interviewing Represent the team in engineering and product meetings
- Work with teams across StarClinch to ensure a seamless user experience for our clients as well as vendors
- Keep abreast of the changes in the industry and champion new technologies and development processes within the team.
- 5+ years of Professional Full-time experience building and maintaining complex software on a cross-functional team. (preferably in a fast-growing start-up).
- Python and Django, PHP and Laravel (since we have our product modules in both).
- Strong database skills.
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent).
- You're an incessant problem solver and the tougher the problem gets, the more fun you have.
- You love to own end-to-end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.
- Technical know-how of MS Azure, AWS, and GCP are desirable.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project and time management skills.
