About the Role
We're looking for two senior-levelFrontend Developers who will take ownership of building a sophisticated, enterprise-grade interface for our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You'll work on a comprehensive system with multiple complex modules, focusing on performance, scalability, and exceptional user experience.
This is a greenfield project giving you the opportunity to architectsolutionsfrom scratch, make critical technical decisions, and lead frontend development standards. You'll be instrumental in establishing coding practices, mentoring team members, and building a system that serves thousands of users across major enterprise clients.
Senior-Level Expectations
As a senior developer, you will be expected to:
TechnicalLeadership:Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices
Ownership:Take end-to-end ownership of complex features and modules
Mentorship:Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions
ProblemSolving:Independently analyze and solve complex technical challenges
CodeQuality:Set standards for clean, maintainable, and scalable code Communication:Effectively communicate technical decisions to both

Initiative:Proactively identify improvements and implement solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Architecture (25%)
Design and architect scalable frontend solutions for complex features
Make critical technical decisions on libraries, patterns, and architecture Establish and enforce frontend coding standards and best practices
Lead technical discussions and design reviews
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools
- Advanced UI Development (35%)
Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using
Build reusable, composable component libraries following atomic design principles
Implement complex modules including management systems, dashboards, and workflows
Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
