    Role & Responsibilities:

    Establish Sales Network:

    • Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2 /3 cities / Zones) in the region to drive the business targets of the region.
    • Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) in your city / region to enable growth and revenue objectives.
    • Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive corporate acquisition creating revenue generating partners.

    Operational Efficiencies:

    • Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
    • Achievement of sales within Commercial Complex, Corporate & Partners.
    • Monitoring performance through input KPIs on daily basis.
    • Coordinate for site installations between customer and Park+ crossfunctional teams.

    Customer Focus:

    • Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/ build the right product.
    • Develop a deep and longstanding relationship with KDMs within customer portfolio to maximise lifecycle value.
    • Build a pipeline for upsell and crosssell to existing accounts.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate sales.
    • A flare for problemsolving with strong organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of owning responsibility and scaling up teams.
    • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
    • Ability to work as an individual contributor and drive sales strategy for the team.
    • Start up experience is a plus.
