Looking for a visionary in the world of luxury design with 8-10 years of experience as senior Interior Architect.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design Excellence: Lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-end interior and architectural designs for luxury projects, ensuring a seamless blend of innovation and sophistication.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a talented design team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence.

Brand Development: Contribute to the strategic development of our luxury brand, ensuring design consistency and alignment with the brand's essence.

Client Handling: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision and translating it into stunning design concepts.

Project Pitching: Spearhead project pitches, showcasing a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and the ability to present compelling design proposals.

Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality of design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience as senior Interior Architect.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end projects.

Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of leading successful design teams.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive brand development initiatives.
