    • Qualifications and Skills
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role
    • Any Bachelor's degree/ MBA in HR management or a related field
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations
    • Proficient in HRIS and other HR tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
    • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
    • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely availability of the required workforce
    • Oversee and administer HR processes such as performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits
    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Manage employee relations, handle employee grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and support in payroll administration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and tools
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality
    • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR operations
