    The Role
    We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online strategy.

    This critical role is responsible for driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement across all digital channels for both sides of our marketplace:
    Clients (those looking for Professional Audio-Visual Equipement and booking talent) and Artists (the talent themselves).

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Strategy & Performance

    Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Social Media) to increase platform sign-ups and booking inquiries.

    Manage a defined budget, optimizing spend across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to achieve ambitious CPA and ROAS targets.

    Conduct continuous A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages and core website flows to maximize lead capture and activation.


    Performance Reporting:
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.

    Content & Social Media

    Oversee the organic social media strategy (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) tailored to the unique interests of Clients (event planning tips) and Artists (career growth, platform features).

    Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure all digital assets (blogs, videos, case studies) are optimized for search engines and align with campaign objectives.

    Manage the content calendar and scheduling for all outbound digital communications.

    Email & CRM
    Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns and automated nurture sequences to guide leads through the sales funnel.
    Develop separate email journeys for new Clients (onboarding/first booking) and new Artists (profile completion/first proposal).
    Maintain data integrity and segmentation within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    SEO & Website Management
    Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy focused on high-intent keywords relevant to artist booking, events, and entertainment services.
    Monitor website health, ranking factors, and traffic to ensure maximum visibility and crawlability.

    Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to implement technical SEO improvements and enhance overall user experience (UX) on the Aruva platform.

    Qualifications

    Required
    3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead role.
    Demonstrable expertise in managing significant budgets for Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn).
    Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data analysis tools.
    Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.

    Preferred
    Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace or B2B/B2C SaaS product.
    Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
    Experience in the events, entertainment, or creative industry.
