As a Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities with our channel partners aligned with the business goals of the Sensing and Safety Technologies Business. In this role, you will own the channel partner programs for your region and will develop a deep understanding of our channel partners, our solutions, and the route to market. You will work closely with our sales team to maximize business impact. Your primary responsibility in this role is to drive demand and revenue growth for our solutions through the channel.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the regional Channel marketing strategy, channel communications, programs and MDF (MARKETING DEVELOPMENT FUNDS)

· Collaborate closely with channel partners, building relationships and supporting the sales team to drive aligned strategies and achieve pipeline goals

· Manage MDF budget including SEO/SEM, return on investment analysis, and recommendations for optimization

· Manage channel performance through measurement of KPIs (key performance indicators) and POS (Point of Sale) data, highlighting gaps and recommending actions

· Ensure channel partners are in compliance with company policies, vetting and contract

YOU MUST HAVE

· Bachelor's degree
