Job Description:

Consolidated Analytics Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee and lead various aspects of the mortgage process in our Chennai location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse team and ensuring efficient and effective operations within the mortgage domain. The candidate should have extensive experience in valuations, broker price opinions, indexing, government insuring, appraisal coordination, appraisal review, loan review, REO, content management services, loss mitigation, loan modification, customer service, post-closing operations, loss mitigation QC, and related functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

• Provide effective leadership to a team of professionals engaged in mortgage operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and team goals.

1. Mortgage Process Oversight:

• Oversee different verticals in the mortgage operations process, provide insights and guidance on process improvements and so forth.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.

1. Client Interaction:

• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and expectations.

1. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices.

1. Performance Metrics:

• Develop and monitor KPIs to track team and individual performance.
• Implement strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets.

1. Communication:

• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 15-20 years of experience in mortgage operations with a focus on valuations, appraisals, and related processes.
3. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
4. In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in using mortgage-related software and tools.
