Main Task & Responsibilities:
Assisting senior art directors in various aspects of projects, such as brainstorming, conceptualizing, and designing.
Executing design tasks under supervision and guidance.
Learning and applying design principles and industry best practices.
Collaborating with the team to support the visual components of campaigns or projects.
Meets the account management and planning teams to discuss client requirements and product background.
Brainstorms ideas and concepts with creatives and other agency teams.
Works in a close-knit creative partnership with the copywriter to generate workable concepts and ideas.
Produces clear, persuasive, original creative work.
Works on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Keeps up to date with popular culture and trends.
Actively participate in new business development

Qualification Required:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any Discipline.
