    Description

    Role Details :

    Requirement Analysis :
    Analyze and interpret requirements, design, and technical specification documents to ensure comprehensive understanding of testing needs.


    Test Automation Strategy :

    • Evaluate tools and technologies for test automation, contributing to the development of a robust automation strategy.
    • Develop test automation architecture and methodology, supporting and enhancing existing frameworks and test suites.

    CI/CD Integration :

    • Establish an overall test architecture within a CI/CD pipeline for seamless integration and continuous testing.

    Test Case Development :

    • Develop detailed test cases and test scripts to validate software functionalities effectively.

    Agile Collaboration :

    • Work in an Agile environment, applying Agile practices and coordinating with various stakeholders, including technology teams, product owners, and developers.

    Quality Assurance Metrics :

    • Define and track quality assurance metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development life cycle.

    Role Qualifications :

    Education and Experience :
    B. Tech or B.E. in a relevant field.

    • 4 to 6 years of handson experience in the IT industry.

    Programming Languages :

    • Active knowledge of at least one objectoriented programming language, with a strong preference for JAVA or Python.

    Technical Skills :

    • Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, with expertise in scripting languages like Java or Python for efficient and scalable automated testing.
    • Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Selenium, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools.
    • Experience with SQL and noSQL databases.
    • Handson experience with load and performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.

    Test Frameworks and Tools :

    • Wide knowledge of test frameworks and tools, including experience with the PyTest Framework.

    Technological Exposure :

    • Exposure to cloudbased technologies, demonstrating adaptability to emerging industry trends.

    Communication and Collaboration :

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in geographically distributed teams.

    Initiative and Creativity :

    • Handson experience in creating test solutions from scratch, demonstrating initiative and creativity in problemsolving.
