    Working in the TMRW (Aditya Birla Digital Fashion) Bangalore head office and managing the brand remotely.

    • Managing stakeholders based on different states
    • Taking care of employee engagement activities for various brands and designing employee engagement calendars
    • Taking regular onetoone discussions with employees
    • Build a good relationship with founders and business heads of various brands
    • Acting as the supervisory body for HR Ops activities
    • Travel from time to time whenever required to meet the brands
    • Infuse Aditya Birla Group culture and value in all the brand and take care brand HR integration
    Criteria:


    • Master's degree in HR from premium Bschool preferred
    • 46yrs of experience as HRBP preferably from D2C/ecommerce brands
    • Experience in handling multiple brands is an added advantage
    • Must be agile and a strong decision maker
