Principal Consultant - ERP Support

Work with the ERP Deployment team to implement and support the successful business deployment of the Oracle Fusion ERP globally. Primarily responsible for technical solutions on the program. This role requires a unique combination skillset for understanding business needs, business processes, knowledge of DB schema, inter-connections within different Oracle fusion modules (PPM, HCM, CX, Finance and Procurement) and a sound understanding of reporting technology stack within and outside Oracle fusion.

Responsibilities:

• thought leader, contributor and proactive collaborator who brings technical and architectural vision to the overall technical solutions
• closely with the Global ERP deployment team and system integrator to build robust solutions
• in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions
• with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure that data is properly integrated and validated
• hand in hand with the SI Reporting/D&I teams for effective solution delivery
• up-to-date with new features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion
• recommendations for improvements to the reporting and cross-functional integration processes
• guidance on how to address business requirements via a technical solution
• of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• new or review existing end-to-end integrated solutions
• and Mentor junior resources on the program
• to program governance for the SDLC

Experience & Skills:

• years related experience with Oracle ERP. At-least 1 year + with Oracle Fusion
• degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• planning ERP Cloud instance strategy for SaaS and PaaS PODs
• across the Oracle Fusion Tech stack including but not limited to: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, VBCS, Java, Oracle Database, XML/BI Publisher, ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, FBDI etc.
• across all RICE design/ development on Oracle ERP Cloud tech stack
• in AEC industry is preferred
• organizational skills, attention to detail and technical judgment
• and creativity in troubleshooting system issues
• in collection and documentation of business requirements and the transfer of those requirements into a sound technical solution
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills is a must
• to influence others to gain support, and actively work to implement improvements in issue resolution processes
• knowledge of one or more of the following Oracle fusion modules (PPM, HCM, CX, Finance and Procurement)
