Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, stormwater management, and general civil engineering tasks. The role will involve overseeing construction projects, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with architects and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and feasibility.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and other documentation as required.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software is a plus.
