- Provide remote support for end users' desktops, servers, and networking infrastructures
- Offer helpdesk assistance for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure-related issues
- Interact with users to resolve IT problems and support security application use
- Assist senior engineers with ongoing and new IT infrastructure projects
- Manage client networks including backups, firewalls, and security systems
- Support project planning, execution, and technical documentation
- Monitor client networks and managed services systems
- Handle software deployments, patch management, and regular system updates
- Ensure timely reporting and status tracking for updates and changes
- Administer and manage users in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure
- Support the setup and maintenance of firewalls, routers, and wireless networks
- Work across Microsoft Windows and macOS environments
- Flexibility to work on different schedules including weekends as needed
- Participate in virtual meetings with a professional appearance
- 8–10 years of experience in helpdesk support and technical project work
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Editions
- Experience in managing user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Azure/Entra)
- Familiarity with firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and general IT security
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 Business tenants and Azure Virtualization
- Proficiency in configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Experience using ConnectWise is a plus
- One Microsoft certification is required (AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-700, AZ-500, or MS-500)
- Networking or security certifications (Security+, Network+, CCNA) are preferred
