Role Description
**Key Responsibilities :**
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement SuccessFactors solutions for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and compensation.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning, and Compensation.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors integrations with other SAP modules such as HRIS, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use SuccessFactors features and functionality.
- Participate in project planning and execution activities to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning, and Compensation.
- Familiarity with SAP Success Factor (SF6) and its integration with other SAP modules such as HRIS, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Knowledge of cloud platform integration technologies such as Amazon EC2 or CPI.
