Rapyuta Robotics is a ETH Zurich spin-off headquartered in Tokyo operates with a vision to become the global leader in making robots more accessible for anyone in the logistics market. We lead the pick-assist AMR market in Japan and are backed by Goldman Sachs, Sony and Yaskawa as investors. We are opening a global hub in Chennai, an independent center to enable our global expansion.

You will be part of our global business analytics team, with an initial focus on the Rapyuta PA-AMR product. You will closely work with the sales, engineering, and customer success squads to ensure our products are more accessible and useful for our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with pre-sales engineering to capture the current warehousing volume and propose an optimal PA-AMR plan in the sales phase.
• Run simulations and report the findings to team members, customers, etc.
• Conduct bottleneck analysis for each customer using PA-AMR operational logs.
• Construct and improve processes, environments, and tools for the above activities.
• Provide the findings and ideas gained from these activities to Rapuyta members for better product development, customer negotiation, etc.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Spreadsheets (including functions, aggregations, and charts).
• Over 2 years of professional experience in the analytics field, including analyzing, reporting, and presentation.
• Over 1 year of work experience or equivalent skills in data handling with Python, especially Pandas and Matplotlib.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
