Title: Junior Executive – System Adherence

Location: Mysore

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2- 4 years in Quality Management

Position Overview:

He/She will be a key member of our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure adherence to standards and procedures, which will include driving operational excellence through the implementation of ERP, ISO, and QMS initiatives.

Skills Required:

• The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team, managers, and vendors.
• Should know Operations and Quality management.
• Ability to inform others to meet deadlines with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Results-driven approach to work with the ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
• Basic knowledge of ERP, ISO, QMS, and PPAP.
• B.E. or Diploma equivalent qualification with a total of 2+ years of experience in Tier-1 Automotive component manufacturing. (Electromechanical assay - added advantage)
• Knowledge of Electronics manufacturing & testing. (EMS an added advantage)

Job Responsibilities

• Work with team for Certifications, keep updated for documents live.
• Work with the team to write up QMS documents and support team members to keep updated.
• Overview of newly implemented systems like ERP.
• Monitor team member performance and productivity.
• Train new team members.
• Supervise daily activities to ensure quality and proper completion
• Conduct additional duties as assigned.

Education qualification:

Diploma/BTech in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Communications or Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
