    Job Title: Training Coordinator

    The job is located in Gurgaon.

    Languages required: Japanese (Expert Level)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train overall numbers of trainees according to courses and site requirements,

    • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to plan training sessions,

    • Manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed,

    • Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability and ensure proper execution,

    • Share instructor information with site security as necessary,

    • Communicate opening dates of training sessions to employees,

    • Calibrate and coordinate with offsite teams for changes or updates in training events or programs.

    • Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices if required,

    • Adhere to workflows and processes using CRM tools,

    • Coordinate with training organizations.
