    Cloud Knowledge : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud(Preferable),Experience Cloud(Preferable), Data :

    • Design and develop custom salesforce application using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components(Aura), and lightning web components
    • Integrate salesforce with external system using APIs, Web services and middleware tools.
    • Experience of different Data migration techniques (Batch upload or with tools like data loader and others).
    • Experience of Development tools like: Developer Console, VS Code, GitHub , Jenkins
    • Experience of deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, ANT

    Configuration :

    • Experience of salesforce OOB automation tools like: Workflow, Process Builders and Flows
    • Experience of Email-to-Case, Omnichannel, Web-to-case. Salesforce Chatters.
    • In-Depth understanding of salesforce Security and Sharing Setting: OWD, Sharing Rules, FLS, Manual sharing

    Process and Tools :

    • Understanding of SDLC process specifically Agile process.
    • Understanding of Scrum in Agile
    • Experience of project management tools like Jira, Confluence
