Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager who possesses a solid foundation in IT design, excels in problem-solving, and communicates effectively. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding our IT requirements on Edtech portal, identifying and addressing scenario gaps, leading testing efforts, managing and tracking of portals, and proficiently writing requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical landscapes while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Design Expertise:

· Utilize a strong foundation in IT design principles to evaluate and understand proposed solutions.

· Collaborate with technical teams, ensuring they meet both business requirements and technical feasibility.

· Problem Solving

· Identify and address potential scenario gaps within proposed solutions.

· Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

Communication:

· Facilitate clear and concise communication to ensure alignment on portal requirements & timelines.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

· Lead testing efforts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of IT solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Proven experience in IT design, with a strong understanding of architecture, infrastructure, and system integration.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically.

· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical.

· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
