- Dispatch and Invoicing
- GRN for transporter freight bills
- Daily production and dispatch status update in SAP system.
- Daily LPMH calculation for stacker drivers & all sites & regions consolidate data prepare monthly basis.
- Daily FG stock calculation via MB52 transaction
- GRN for transporter freight bills.
- Transporter meetings
- Inventory Receipt Accuracy on weekly basis, MIS of variance for critical FG
- Support in implementation of 5S and Kanban in FG warehouse.
- Strong supervisory skills to handle team contractual employees & loading team
- Well versed with material classification, handling & hazardous materials transport guidelines
- Proficiency in SAP ECC PP/MM/QM, MS Excel, Power point
- Knowledge on SIRE Code Management
- Ability to anticipate hurdles in daily operations & action plan to tackle.
