    Job Role :

    • Managing business development of the cluster for Cross Sell
    • Ensuring Smooth flow of relationship between Dealers & Customers.
    • To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for cross sell Business.
    • Handling New business ties ups – Dealer as well as Manufacturer connectivity.
    • Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Territory Managers and the larger sales team.
    • Assessing training needs to accelerate his team's performance.
    • Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.
    • To Drive Consumer Loan business through Open Market, Branch Channel & Dealers
      • To Organize & Manage display activity in Corporate and other Branches.
    • Liaisoning with Dealers in the area to maximize business volume.
    • Managing Business productivity for cross sell Business for the Assigned Cluster.
    • Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.
    • Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.

    Mandatory Skills :

    Graduate/MBA with 7-10 years of experience (4-6 yrs of relevant exp).

    Understanding of Cross Sell Business and its profit drivers.

    Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills – ability to hire/train.

    Desirable Skills :


    • Understanding of Cross sell Business and its profit drivers.


    • Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills – ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams.


    • Ability to set & manage targets.
