Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare technical reports, generating data for inputs to budgets.
Site visits to get day to day measurements and keep himself updated on day to day activities.
Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractors billed quantity, Responsible for reviewing drawings in AUTO CAD and workout quantities from Auto CAD drawings.
Preparation of 30 days rolling look ahead construction catch up plan for balance work on monthly basis and monitoring of the same on weekly basis.
To keep watch on extra works, preparations of extra items and getting approved from clients.
Tracking of Manpower, Equipment and Materials mobilization.
Calculating the quantities as per the drawings, calculating the quantity of constituent materials from the drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items.
Generation of client bill as per required formats, preparing client billing including taking daily measurement of works, preparing taking actual site measurements.
Getting certifications from client, recording variation, collecting payment, complete documentation required for the job.
Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Client Billing.
Experience in Road Construction & Infrastructure.
Estimating Quantities for Procurement and coordinating with other departments for delivery of the same.
Experience in Monthly Reconciliation of materials Procured vs Billed.
